Service Description

Day-of service actually begins about one month prior to the wedding. But if you plan to hire a planner please send us a message via email or our contact page to secure the date. In day-of planning, YOU: • Plan everything about the wedding yourself • Book the venue and vendors • Decide the theme and figure out decor • Coordinate the guest list and mail out invitations • Create the seating chart and book the entertainment. Then, about four to six weeks out, we step in to help finalize all the details including... • Using vendor contact information and contracts provided by you to confirm vendors and manage their scheduling • We create a timeline for the day, so you know when each step of the event will occur We include attending the rehearsal (1 Hour) in our fee On the day of your actual wedding: • We show up early to make sure every detail is in place • We are the point of contact for the vendors and will also give them final payments • We are on site during the entire event, coordinating all the activities and ensuring a seamless production Even if you're on a budget, we highly recommend hiring a day-of coordinator so that can enjoy your day and soak up all the memories and you wont have to ask your cousin to meet with your florist for delivery! Or have your favorite neighbor make sure that your vision is carried out. Have fun with your friends and family and leave all the schlepping, organizing and event management to us.
